First Team Blog

Name: Prism Perception
-If you are looking at a prism, you see all the colors visble to your eye. In the same way that the Prism Perception team perceives all of the different outcomes and ideas.

Motto: Open your eyes and realize.

Logo: There is an eye with a prism instead of the pupil, and the prism coming out of the pupil will be an array of colors like a prism.

Rules:
1. Problem: Not everyone doing an equal amount of work.
Solution: We agreed that we won't be lazy and slack off, and if someone is doing that, we will
    confront them together.
2. Problem: People saying ideas are stupid.
We will be open to all ideas, and we will confront them and call them out on rude comments, if they
    are made.
3. Problem: People not working as a team.
Solution: We will think and work as a collaborative mind, and when someone isn't we, we will
    encourage them to.
4. Problem: People giving up and not working to complete the challenges presented to us.
Solution: We will encourage others to keep working and think of alternative ideas to help us reach
    our goal.
5. Problem: People having a pessimistic attitude.
Solution: We will keep a positive mind, and if someone is losing their optimism, we will call them
out on it as a group.
